Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

- Certain items, such as intimate apparel, jewelry, and personalized items, may not be eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene reasons or customization.
Return Process
- Contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange.
- Provide your order number and reason for the return or exchange.
- Our team will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to proceed.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, along with the return authorization number.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.
- Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please indicate your preference when initiating the return.
- If the desired item is in stock, we will ship it to you once we receive the returned item.
- If the desired item is out of stock, we will issue a refund for the original item.
