Return & Exchange Policy

At Virsa Weddings, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Items purchased during a sale or promotion may be subject to a different return policy. Please refer to the specific sale terms for more information.
  • Certain items, such as intimate apparel, jewelry, and personalized items, may not be eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene reasons or customization.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange.
  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return or exchange.
  3. Our team will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to proceed.
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, along with the return authorization number.
  5. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.
  6. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please indicate your preference when initiating the return.
  • If the desired item is in stock, we will ship it to you once we receive the returned item.
  • If the desired item is out of stock, we will issue a refund for the original item.

Exceptions

  • Items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect will be replaced or refunded at no additional cost.
  • Please contact our customer support team immediately if you receive a damaged or incorrect item.
